Problems with Installation Support Page

I recently purchased YDL 2.2 to run on a Power Macintosh 7200/90.  The
installation goes fine until near the end of the package install.  I get 
the
following error "Errors running transaction set!  Please correct this 
manually".
Since I got the 60 days of installation support, I went to the support 
page.
The support page asks for a product ID and a password.  My invoice
includes the product ID but there is no password.  If I enter just the
product ID, I get a blank page after submission.  Does anyone know
how I can contact the right people to get an appropriate combination
to use the support service?
