Ignoring secondary display card

I have run into a problem where my secondary display
card ATI Radeon 7000 PCI doesn't work with XFree86 in
YDL 2.2 running on 733mHz G4 Digital Audio.
X runs smoothly (after some tweaking of course) with
only my primary card Nvidia Geforce 2 MX being
istalled.
But when Radeon, or both Radeon and Geforce cards are
being istalled, X gives me only a black empty screen.
When running /usr/lib/yi/dexter.py it finds Radeon
card, if it's the only card being installed, but when
Radeon is running along Geforce, dexter.py doesn't
notice Radeon at all.
So what about using XFree86 -configure? No, the result
is only an instant black empty screen.

I don't mind using KDE with two screens, but all I'm
really trying to figure out is how to get X to work
with at least one of the two cards, when both of them
are being installed.
Clearly the problem is with Radeon and it's drivers,
but I need Radeon when running OS X, so removing it
every time I start YDL is not an option.

The big question is:
How do I make XFree86 or Linux ignore Radeon card, or
it's PCI slot?

Thanks for all the help!
-Jarno
