Agreed, but 7.x does not recognize HFS plus and I usually forget that till is it too late. Plus, 7.x cuts a lot of neat small software out of the loop on a small partition. I do a 300 mb Mac OS 9.1 and still have 100+ megs left over after scaling back on the bells and whistles. That includes internet, mail, WP, and iTunes! Scott --
