Disk Copy won't burn a bootable image that's mounted.  It will if the 
image isn't mounted.

So unmount the image if it's mounted, run Disk Copy, hit cmd-B (or 
select 'Burn Image...' from the 'Image' menu), select the iso file from 
the file dialog.

You can probably also do it from the command line via cdrecord (get the 
fink cdrtools package), but since I haven't used this approach myself, I 
can't say for sure or provide any details.
