I had this problem. It dealt with Qt Designer not finding the right Qt 
libraries.  You have to change you QTDIR variable to point to the 
correct QT directories. I don't have the exact solution becaus after i 
fixed it i moved on to something else and didn't touch it again. 
However, I do recall seeing the soltution posted in a QT faq or mailing 
list.
