I do not use MULE so I built a non-MULE XEmacs, so I did not need the
whole Wnn stuff, so I don't really know the MULE part in depth.

This being said, libwnn.so.0 is actually in the FreeWnn-libs package,
from e.g.,

http://ftp.yellowdoglinux.com/pub/yellowdog/yellowdog-2.3/ppc/extras2/FreeWnn-libs-1.11-19.ppc.rpm

You may also need to install the devel package, but then I guess you
don't, it looks like you want to just install the binary RPM not
rebuild it.
