Broken Dependencies in YDL2.3?

It doesn't say its supported but it works.  There's no major difference 
that would affect webmin between 2.2 and 2.3 [that I know of]. I have 
webmin installed [2.3] and it works fine. Using the .tar.gz that is. Which 
is ok because it doesn't really 'install' any files aside from the conf.
