AFAIK, all of them. You may have to set some preference to show hidden (or
dot-leading) files, or there may be an option to set, in the open file
dialog. The purpose of dot-leading files/directories is not to hide them
from the user, but to simply keep them from cluttering directories and to
prevent accidental modification/deletion, since these files tend to be
configuration files of some kind.

Perhaps a more productive question would be, "Does anyone know how I can
open hidden files in X?" where X is your editor of choice.
