When I run this command, I receive this error:

[root@localhost mozilla10]# rpm --rebuild mozilla-1.0.0-9.src.rpm
mozilla-1.0.0-9.src.rpm: No such file or directory

Is rpm not installed correctly? I'm spelling the file name right.
