More info:How do I add/increase ptys ?

While running an Expect script I get the following error :

The system has no more ptys. Ask your system administrator to create more.

The expect script only has one executable comand "spawn minicom ttyS1" where
ttyS1 is the name of the minicom config file.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
