j2re 1.3.1 Opera/Moz/galeon plugin

The plugin works in mozilla 9.9
Not recognized by Opera
Recognized (:about plugins) in Galeon but when I goto a page with a java applet it says that I need the plugin.
When I launch galeon here is the error message:

Anyone get this version to work? j2re-1.3.0 works in mozilla and galeon but not opera.
