I've done it.

I can't necessarily reproduce the effects, and I don't know what I do to do 
it, but I have been known to crash systems within five minutes of touching 
them, linux or otherwise.

During an installation of YDL, we actually got to the warning screen that 
cautioned against permanent damage. . . . that was fun.

Yeah. I can crash linux. But not NEARLY as often as Winblows or MacOS.
