Hi, Dan,

As for my config for 2.4.19-pre4-ben0 which has been rsynced
just about 3 hours before and with which I failed to boot the
quicksilver,

[hanai@qs linux]$ grep RTC .config
CONFIG_PPC_RTC=y
# CONFIG_RTC is not set

I think I do not set x86 Real Time Clock support.
