Getting files from linux to Mac via MOL

I tried netatalk on the Linux side but when I doubled clicked 
appleshare in the mac chooser nothing appeared.You meant 'appleshare' 
or 'appletalk'?
I haven't been able to choose a printer in mol and I can't save or run any
mac programs. Any suggestions?

Use netatalk on the Linux side - and mount your linux based drives via
appletalk. Works great.
