I just did a clean install of 2.2 and wanted KDE3 too. The download all
rpms was taking way 2 long and i didnt think i needed _every_ rpm. [Not
interested in turkish] I followed the intructions for deleting the old
rpms. Then just used 'apt-get install kdebase' and a couple minutes
later i was in kde3. You have to make sure that the 'test' repository is
in your sources.list file. Once you get base installed and tested you
can either use apt-get to get all the nice utils and kde toys u want. Or
use the rpms u already dl'd. Worked for me.
