1. Was this from the YDL rpm? Or the tarball?
2. Did u look in /usr/lib/licq and see if that file is there? If not was =
it in=20
/usr/LOCAL/lib/licq? If it was from tarball u might need to adjust a=20
'configure' prefix. Or it might be that the qt interface wasn't installed=
 as=20
part of the rpm or tarball. Maybe there is a licq command line option to =
use=20
the GTK interface.
