vmlinux and bzImage

That's what I figured and what I gathered from the HOW-TO on this subject=
 at=20
YDL's website. The information I'm really looking for is why.

Why vmlinux and why not bzImage? What are the differences? What is vmlinu=
x=20
exactly? etc.
