yep.  Had trouble building it too.  The pine executable segfaults on all my 
ydl 2.3 boxes.

UWashington suggested I build it like this ...

% ./build clean
% ./build DEBUG="-g -DDEBUG" lnp

Then it works, but it's not nice.  They blame the libc implementation in 
ydl.  Who do I email at TerraSoft about it ?
