 On PPC RPMs yes, but you tried to install an Intel based RPM (not the
i386 in the file name). If you really want Opera (and from my experience,
you don't), download the PPC version (currently version 5.0) and grab the
QT static version not the shared version and you should have fewer
problems.

 I used to be a big Opera fan, but their paranoia and lack of adhering to
standards vis-a-vis cookies made it impossible to support it with our
authentication system. I reported this as a bug in version 5.0, and in
version 6 (windoze) it got worse rather than better. Plus version 5 has a
number of lousy bugs (like the fact that form elements are *always* in the
top layer). From my experience, Mozilla 1.1 is a *much* better browser,
even if it is a bit slower. Maybe someday soon, someone will build Phoenix
for PPC.
