Adaptec 2940UW vs Atto ExpressPCI UL2D

I have the 2940UW and OS X 10.1.5 did NOT recognize the card at all in my=
=20
9600/233 (Now 9600/G4/400 ;-).
The OS X 10.1.x install went flawlessly with the Sonnet driver and after =
I=20
upgraded the driver, the 10.2 upgrade worked just as well. The box is now=
=20
running 10.2.1, it's being used as a file server and for burning CDs - an=
d=20
no, I'm not going to put Linux on there, I have 3 other boxes running tha=
t=20
=2E..
