It could be an RPM build problem, but it is not a function of the OS or
distro to display web content. I don't use 2.3 yet, so I can't say
personally whether there is an issue. You could always download source RPMs
from KDE, or try the RPMs from a different PPC distro like Mandrake. There
are caveats to this, but I have often used other distro RPMs without
problem. Or you can just get the source and compile it yourself, then you
will know for sure who is to blame ;-)
