Pismo and MOL

I'm getting very excited about using MOL now that I've seen the announcement
of using OS X with it. But I can't seem to get it going so far. I'll try
another post to the list when I'm booted in YDL, so I can paste into my
email the error messages.

For some reason there was no /etc/molrc created by default so I am not sure
of some required settings. The example molrc.osx showed using a bunch of
includes ${etc}/mol/molrc.net, ${etc}/mol/molrc.video etc. But there was no
place it defined ${etc} so it would not work.
