Yeah, you'd think, but that gave me the error above.

> rpm -i <package>-blah ; cd /usr/src/rpm/SPECS ; rpm -bb ./<specfile>

Tried that, too.  No soap...

They look good...  But is there a doc with it that tells in a nutshell 
(no pun intended) how to configure all the different pieces?  I can run 
smartapc just fine, and I see there a upsd and upsmon...  I'll have to 
read the command.txt doc tomorrow.  But if there's another file/source 
that gives a quick overview please lemme know...
