Verison 3.0 help please

hi,

A few days ago I have installed YDL 3.0 on 20 ibooks and 25 imac green. on=20
some of these computers I had the same problem that yuo mentioned below=20
plus some strange performance problems. Slowness in both KDE and Gnome,=20
Mozilla can not be started etc.

After a few *hundred* installations on different kinds of platforms I=20
realized that all these problems occurred on the computers whose date is=20
incorrect. for example if your date is 1/1/1907 and you install YDL 3.0 you =

get these problems because of time skew.

Unfortunately YDL 3.0 asks for the date configuration after the package=20
installation. So you cant change the date before doing a corrupted=20
installation. I tried to figure out changing the date from firmware but=20
still couldn't find how to do that.

What we need to do is correcting the date before installation but how, =3D)
