I need to get OTRS running.  http://otrs.org

I have it running now on OS X, but I need it up with mod_perl so that I can
get faster performance.  I've hit lots of roadblocks in the install, the
latest being that Apache::Registry isn't installed, and my attempt to
install it failed as I didn't have the apache sources for it to build
against.
