Is OGLE available for 3.0 ?

I've tried doing this on my G4 cube and everything downloads ok but it 
takes half of the video (no matter what format, DVD, Mpeg or Divx) and 
stretches it to full width in ogle, and gxine (VLC  just doesnt display 
a video window period but plays the audio)
