problem with switchdesk fluxbox

I have installed fluxbox rpm with one dependency and no error messages. 
When I try to use "switchdesk fluxbox" it complains that it is not
installed.  Is there some additional place that I must register that
fluxbox is installed?

When I try using the "Desktop Switching Tool" located in the System
Tools > More System Tools off the menu, Fluxbox appears as a selection,
however it appears to default to TWM.
