Powerlogix upgraded Pismo and Linux...

I wonder how complicated enabling the cache is. It may be as simple as=20=

writing a few magic numbers to the right registers or it may be=20
devilishly complicated and completely beyond my powers of comprehension.

I wonder also if the cache can be enabled/ disabled once Linux is=20
running or if it would have to happen early in the boot process. I=20
don't know enough about that sort of hardware to be sure.

If the cache can be enabled once Linux has booted and if enabling the=20
cache is as simple as I suspect then writing a kernel module to enable/=20=

disable the cache would an option.

Ask the manufacturer if they are willing to give you some more=20
technical details.
