Scharfes-s deadkey

Hi folks,

I´ve selected the US International keyboard layout using Keyboard under 
System Settings (Gnome) and can generate all the umlauts for German 
vowels with the double-quote deadkey. However, I can´t figure out how to 
generate the scharfes-s character (ß). How about Icelandic thorn (Þ) and 
edh (ð)? Is this documented anywhere?
