DHCP Default Page Help

Hello, and thank you for the help.

I have a intranet set up with a Linux box distributing DHCP addresses, along
with BIND, the internal URL for the web server (Apache) is intranet.home. I
want the network to go to this address when a user opens their browser.

This is the same concept as the Pay-For-Use Wireless Network Access points
found in coffee shops around the country, you can't use the web until you
have paid for the service.

Any Ideas on how do accomplish this?
