CPU speed?

I have noticed this on some 604e machines... G3 machines (including
machines upgraded to G3 from 604) dont seem to do this... i havnt had
any problems with it... your bogomips are reasonable (~2xMHZ for
604e...) so i wouldnt worry about it...
