nope. In my years as a sysadmin, I hope to never ever have to configure
sendmail ever again.

postfix/exim/qmail.

easiest being postfix/exim

I personally recommend exim.

I seriously recommend you NOT to use sendmail unless you're particularly
experienced in it.
