BIND & resolv.conf

If the only nameserver entry in your resolv.conf is 127.0.0.1, and
named is not running locally, chances are it's a "dns helper."  I'm
pretty sure that Netscape uses one.  I you do a 'ps aux' you can
find out for sure.
