X86 and KDE

 The other solution I have seen is changing the XF86Config file in
/etc/X11/. There is a line labeled (I believe, it has been a while)
HWCURSOR=<yes or no>. Changing that setting to 'yes' brought back the li'l
black cursor that Macs have had since time immemorial.
