Java and netbanking

Hi!

I just installed YDL 3.0 on a G3 iBook, but now I'm having a small problem: 
I can't my netbanking to work! I have tryed different things ("apt-get 
install j2re", and installed j2sdk), but mozilla (1.4) keeps crashing when I 
try to enter my account!

If mozilla just loads text, just reload! And after granting the applet 
permission to run my mozilla crash! Can anyone load this page? If yes please 
help me!!

Somebody one the list mentioned IBM's 1.4.1 java, would that work?
