Where Do I Get Phoenix/Firebird?

Epiphany, by far. It's the fastest thing I've ever seen, it even has a 
working rpm for ydl3 under freshrpms, It is build for gnome/gtk2, and 
It's only a browser. It also has tabs, as a point, and it's based on 
mozilla, even though epiphany itself is super light-weight.
