AltiVec Kernel Enhancements from MOT

Basically it is that Motorolla implemented vector versions of string  
and checksum classes. This means that they are computed in the Vector  
Processing Unit, which is 128 bit, in G4 processors. So, assuming one  
finds these kernel (glibc I assume) additions, one could re-write some  
TCP-IP, and recompile them for a 100% speed increase.
