after [Weird ide -> scsi,YDL3] here comes weird way to have sound.
On G3 BW, as subject says.

For the very first time, to-day my sound card is detected. It's
DAMASOUND, vendor apple.
And I'm now able to listen CD's as well as system sounds.

ok.
  BUT ...
to hear sounds, bip-bip's and/or cd's, I need a Minidisc and headphone.
Here is my install that I discovered very incidently it works :
- Blanblou (BW) being "sound-cabled" to a Minidisc play/rcder
- this Minidisc being Power-on
- headphone being plugged at this Minidisc
- my ear.s (1 or 2, better 2) being more or less covered by the hdphone

(clik bip-bip or cd play) that's it !

maybe if I try to plug the headphone directly to blanblou...

[notabb: no sound at all without sound-cable at in/or/out on her back]
euh... for my blanblou_#2, will I need a #2_Minidisc equipment?;?

notabb_second: to fix this [Weird ide -> scsi,YDL3] I've done :
- kernel recompilation - ide-scsi (emulation) : IS NOT SET
- I keep scsi-choice as M so insmod scsi-adapter /lib/modules/and so on
- but next re-re-compilation, I'll choose scsi-choice=Y [!!]

good ouick !
