Hope springs eternal I guess. The main reason (I see) is that a new FS
would allow some lossage of previous baggage from OS9 and tune things for
*nix'es a bit better. I guess my biggest issue is the relaiance on HFS by
OSX, whereas with linux I have many choices so I can get the right fs for
the job (or for fun), and that I know improvements in one, can spurr/spill
over into others. Maybe if I win the lottery someday I'll pay Hans Reiser
a million dollars to port his team's fs over to OSX.
