If BootX doesn't do the trick, you need to get the correct L2CR value from
your Cache Enabler software. Once you have it, it's as simple as:

[root@powermac /root]# echo '0xa9000000' > /proc/sys/kernel/l2cr

'0xa9000000' <-- Being the value you got from your cache profiler.

Subject: Old World Mac, G4 L2 cache

Does anyone know how/if you can enable the Level 2 cache on a G4
upgraded Old World Mac, a 7600 in this case.

BootX will not even acknowledge this ... only G3s.

Feedback appreciated.
