Konqueror 3.1 - NEED HELP!!!!!!

I seem to get this error opening konqueror:


There was an error loading the module About-Page for
Konqueror.
The diagnostics is:
/usr/local//lib/libkutils.so.1: R_PPC_REL24
relocation at 0x0dde4508 for symbol `gS2_S2_S2_' out
of range

And it quits when i go to a site address. The
desktop works fine and embedded browsers in programs
work,
But not the web. Same thing happens with files,
except it doesn't show the error, it just freezes.

Any Help would be of service.Sorry for emailing this
twice, but i really need help. bad.

P.S.
Did you hear about some guy at apple wanting to
switch to the x86 chip? scary, eg?
