No fancy web indexing as for Red Hat packages (yet), but already apt and
yum support (of course, you can download yum for 3.0 from there too!).

For apt, just add this to your sources.list file (no os or updates yet):
rpm http://ayo.freshrpms.net/yellowdog/3.0/ppc freshrpms

For yum, just add this to your /etc/yum.conf file:
[freshrpms]
name=YellowDog Linux 3.0 freshrpms
baseurl=http://ayo.freshrpms.net/yellowdog/3.0/ppc/freshrpms
