lifetime email question

	A dumb one, no doubt: do you get a shell account with that -- so 
that you can run elm or mutt or pine on the remote machine -- or is it 
just a mailserver that has to connect to a mailer on your own? If the 
latter, has anyone tried squirrelmail? I should try that, just because 
of the name ...
