Clock Running Fast under 3.0

I have 3.0 installed on a 12" G4 Powerbook. The clock seems to run about
one minute per hour fast, maybe a bit more.

Any suggestions on how I can fix this gratefully received. (I don't have
a constant net connection, so simply syncing against a network time
server every ten minutes is out.)
