Good question. There's not much money to be made in Open Source - it's 
almost like volunteering. So why ARE they still in business?

Because they manage to scrape enough money together providing 
end-to-end consulting services for PPC Linux systems that they can 
actually support themselves volunteering for the Open Source community, 
hacking away at a niche PPC version of Linux far superior to the few 
others available, only to be ripped to shreds by new users enticed by 
the Linux hype, expecting Mac OS 11, but don't understand that there is 
a learning curve, and give up and bitch after it doesn't work the first 
time.
