Problems Installing YDL 3.0 on beige g3 tower

Actually, I had almost same problem. After reading the manual, did all they
say I supposed to to, still getting the message right after start to
install. 
    
     error, fix manually.

Without anything else.
Now how am I going to fix and where? Anybody?
Mine is G3 beige tower.
