Changing Default Button emul. F10/F11

YDL 3 moved the configuration of these keys out of /etc/sysconfig/mouse
now that that file is written by a Red Hat tool, and now our own custom
installer.  Please see the new /etc/sysconfig/mouse-emulation which
should look familiar. :)
