Am I Being Hacked?

If an attacker spoofs the IP address, won't the reply packets containing 
information just go back to the spoofed IP address? If I'm at 1.2.3.4 
and I spoof 4.5.6.7 to access an FTP server, the FTP server is going to 
be sending its info back to 1.2.3.4, right?
