Are you using capital letters? KEY=off. Try KEY=s:off. Make sure 
it's for your airport device, not your landline ethernet.

Aside: Can someone $#@$ patch that thing upstream? The bug has been 
identified, yet there doesn't seem to be any movement and I'm wary 
of telling people to edit the python source.
