two questions

I use YellowDog Linux 2.3 on an iMac, and I have two questions.

1) Is there a Linux text editor which allows you to cut rectangular=20
areas of text and move them around in a file?  This is the main thing=20
which keeps me using DOS on one of my computers, since I need this=20
feature and QEdit (for DOS) has it.  If I had this, I could use Linux=20
for pretty much everything.  I realize that vi may have this feature=20
(it seems to have pretty much everything else), but I haven't found=20
it yet.

2) Is it still possible to get WordPerfect for Linux?  Corel has taken=20
it down, but is it possible to get a copy somewhere? =20
